Please note – this event moves out on overtime, all applicable GES surcharges will apply. Carriers must be checked in by 6:00 PM. All Exhibitor materials must be removed by 8:00 PM

Registration
Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration package for each paid 8x10 booth. Each package will include a badge for admission to the exhibit area and all technical sessions and a copy of the GOMACTech Digest of Technical Papers. All booth personnel must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens. The exhibit area will be restricted to U.S. citizens and resident aliens.
Security Procedures
The GOMACTech Conference is an Unclassified, Expert-Controlled event that requires participants to be U.S. Citizens or legal U.S. Permanent Residents. All registrants, including presenters and exhibitors, must provide proof of U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status prior to being permitted entry into the conference. Additionally, a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement will be required, and must be signed to receive access to the conference. You may prove U.S. citizenship with any of the following:
  • U.S. Passport
  • Birth certificate AND valid government-issued photo ID
  • Naturalization certificate AND valid government-issued photo ID
The following are NOT proof of citizenship:
  • Driver’s license
  • Voter registration card
