Advance registration for GOMACTech is now closed. If you are planning to attend and have not yet registered, you will need to register on site.

Security Information

Attendance is restricted to U.S. and Canadian citizens and immigrant aliens. The burden of proof lies with the attendee. In addition to proof of citizenship, all non-Government attendees must also be registered through the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office to receive military critical technical data as stated in DoD Directive 5230.25 (i.e., to attend the GOMACTech technical sessions or to receive a copy of the ABSTRACT BOOK). The ability to receive such material must be verified through submittal of a copy of your facility's Military Critical Technical Data Agreement (DD Form 2345).

If your organization is not registered to receive military critical technical data, information on how your organization can register may be obtained from the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, Defense Logistics Center, Federal Center, 74 N. Washington, Battle Creek, MI 49017-3084. Attendance requires:

A military or company photo ID.

On-site proof of citizenship (U.S. or Canadian) or immigrant alien status in the form of a birth certificate, passport, naturalization certification, or immigrant alien registration card, and, additionally, for non-Government attendees only.

Submittal of a copy of your facility's DD Form 2345. A completed DD Form 2345 may be hand-carried to the conference or mailed in advance to GOMACTech, Palisades Convention Management, Attn.: Ralph Nadell (GH-02), 411 Lafayette Street, Suite 201, New York, NY 10003 NO LATER THAN February 25, 2002.
