GOMACTech announces the following changes to the Plenary
Session:
Dr. Tether has been called away for the week of GOMACTech2002. Dr.
Holland from ODUSD(S&T) will give the Keynote, "Defense
Science & Technology."
We also wish to thank Dr. Leheny from DARPA, who will step
up to the Kilby Lecture series, with his talk "DARPA:
Enabling Innovation & Creating the Future."
GOMACTech is an ITAR-restricted
conference established primarily to review developments in microcircuit
applications for government systems. GOMACTech 2002 will
be held from March 11-14, 2002, at the Hyatt Regency Monterey
and the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California.
Established in 1968, the conference has focused on advances
in systems being developed by the Department of Defense and
other government agencies and has been used to announce major
government microelectronics initiatives such as VHSIC and
MMIC, and provides a forum for government reviews.
GOMACTech2002 will focus on Advanced Sensor Technology, High-Performance
Computing, and Radiation-Hardened Systems. GOMACTech2002
will continue the DOD Applications and Visions session, and
will host an open PI review of the DARPA Radio Frequency Lightwave
Integrated Circuits Program (RFLICS). In addition, noted
researchers in both high-temperature high-powe relectronics
and high-frequency power technology will present the latest
advances in SiC and GaN devices/circuitry and their relevance
to military systems. |
