|$300 deposit due with completed applications
By October 14, 2019 50% due and payable
By December 13, 2019 100% due and payable
|In the event the Exhibitor cancels all or part of the exhibit space contracted herein, The Exhibitor must do so in writing by certified mail (to 411 Lafayette Street, Suite 201, New York, New York 10003), and will be obligated to pay GOMACTech liquidated damages based on the schedule listed in Section 5: Cancellation Policy of Rules and Regulations. Written notice of cancellation must be received no later than October 14, 2019, to be liable for 0% of rental fee due. After October 14, 2019 the exhibitor will be liable for 50% of rental fee due, and after December 13, 2019 the exhibitor will be liable for 100% of the rental fee due. Written cancellation after December 13, 2019 obligates the exhibitor to pay GOMACTech 100% of the rental fee due.
|Exhibit Booth Height Restrictions|
|Regardless of the number of Linear Booths utilized, e.g.
8ft X 10ft, 8ft X 20ft, 8ft X 30ft, etc., display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as not to obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. The maximum height of 8ft is allowed only in the rear half of the booth space, with a 4ft height restriction imposed on all materials in the remaining space forward to the aisle.
|Set-Up and Dismantling|
Please note - this event moves out on overtime, all applicable GES surcharges will apply. Carriers must be checked in by 6:00 PM. All Exhibitor materials must be removed by 8:00 PM
|Exhibit Hall Hours|
|Each exhibitor will receive one complimentary registration package for each paid 10x8 booth. Each package will include a badge for admission to the exhibit area and all technical sessions and a copy of the GOMACTech Digest of Technical Papers. All booth personnel must be U.S. citizens or resident aliens. The exhibit area will be restricted to U.S. citizens and resident aliens.
|A printed exhibitor directory will be available to all attendees. Please add your company description no later than January 20, 2020. Please note, your description will be included in the official 2020 GOMACTech Exhibit Guide. Click HERE to update your record.
